Cancellation Policy

Booking & Salon Policy We strongly encourage online booking, especially for weekends and high-demand services. Appointments booked directly with Chi Chi may include a $35 non-refundable inconvenience fee. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. 24+ hours’ notice: No fee Less than 24 hours: 75% of service cost No-Call/No-Show: 100% of service cost Outstanding balances must be paid before future bookings. Punctuality Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $5 per-minute late fee applies (no exceptions). Appointments may be canceled after 15 minutes. Style Changes Major style changes must be discussed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Same-day changes may not be accommodated and may result in additional time and cost. Refunds All services are non-refundable. If you have a concern, please notify me before leaving the salon, and I will do my best to address and correct it. Exceptions Medical or family emergencies and natural disasters will be reviewed case by case for last-minute cancellations without a non-refundable service charge.
